I am currently finishing up my student teaching and trying to find a physical education job in an elementary school too. I am excited and nervous at the sametime. I was wondering if any of you P.E. teachers out there have some advice!
Thanks.

First, make the kids realize you teach physical education. Let them know the importance of the class. Let them know right off the bat that with-out exercise and good nutrition they will not live a long life. Second, make sure they call you Mrs. Johnson and not coach Johnson. This will set the stage for sucess.
