I teach phys. ed. at the high school level. Each one of my classes meets every, single day throughout the week (aka, 5 times a week). In a way, its awesome because I can take extra time on a unit if I need. But, on the other hand, sometimes its frustrating because its hard to keep the students motivated. And trust me, I vary my activities and venues on a daily basis. The boys' PE teacher and I are struggling on if and how we should change it.

So my question is this. . .Is it too much? Why or why not? And, of course, any suggestions? Thanks so much!
