I am looking for any soccer warm ups for a senior high class. Does anyone have any good warm ups?

Thanks,
Jamie

I played soccer in High School, and one warm-up we always did was moving the ball from foot to foot as fast as we could without moving. This will teach the students ball control. This is a great activity, and will raise the students heart rate and will improve touch on the ball before playing the game itself. Another way to do this is to touch the top of the ball, alternating with each foot as fast as possible. This will also help the students cordination.
