I invented a game for my classes that involves Quidditch from Harry Potter. How do I go about getting it patented or marketed. You know as teachers, we are not in it for the money but if I could make money off an Idea I'd run with it.

If it was me I would find a way to share the game so others can teach and enjoy it.

Send your game into PE Central.

You might not profit in cash but you definitely will when other teachers give you great feedback for providing them and their students with a fun activity.
