Dear Physical Educator,
Hi! My name is Amanda Stewart and I am a doctoral student in physical education at the University of Virginia. I am conducting a study in order to validate a survey and your response would be appreciated.
My years teaching middle school physical education led to me study fitness testing for my doctoral dissertation. I am sure we all agree that this is indeed a 'hot topic' in our wonderful field. Your participation in this study will help me continue a line of research that, hopefully, will improve fitness testing in schools throughout the
country.
