I'm interested in finding out how other schools in California have handled liability issues for such innovative programs as "skate in school," high and low-element ropes courses, and rock walls. As I've tried to implement these programs at my middle school, I have been stonewalled by the superintendent of business on insurance and liablility issues. Please send me as much information as you can. Every bit helps!! Thanx.
