For a middle school physical education class what kind of fitness equipment would be appropriate? I was thinking 3 treadmills, 4 stationary bikes,2 ellipticals and maybe a all-in-one gym. For their skill & fitness level I'm not sure how much they would get out of these machines. Any input?

I feel if you can show them the correct way to use the equipment and in some way make it fun for them, it could be a good idea to introduce them. If you show them what they are all about at a young age maybe it will increase their chances of using them when they are older.

You could also introduce the students to different exercises to do with stability balls. Stability balls are affordable and some students may want to buy one for home. The students could do these exercises in class and it would also to give them the opportunity to work out at home using the stability balls.

I feel that incorporating equipment that would encourage the students to want do that activity outside of the classroom is very important. Not only equipment for Cardiovascular fitness, but also equipment such as Bosu Balls, SandBells, and Resistance Bands are very easy to use and teach and incorporate many diffent elements of Fitness.
