I am currently the high school PE teacher at the alternative school in Lake Charles, LA. We do not have a covered area much less a gym. As you know, it can get VERY hot & humid in Aug. through Oct. It is just a hot & humid in April & May. Then we have the rainy season in the middle. Most of the time we are stuck in a temporary building playing games or watching movies. Does anyone teach PE in similar conditions & if you do can you give me any advice on how to better this situation?

Even if you don't teach at an alternative school, maybe you have some suggestions.
