Does anyone know where to find funding for building a highschool fitness center with treadmills and weight equipment?

I do believe Fitness Education is a good class to take with Dr. Nichols Joe. I do believe we talked about the different grants you could get for necessary funding. I think one of these was the Carol White "PEP" Grant.

The Carol M. White PEP grant is always a good place to start. Another alternative is through Capital Improvement Projects. School districts often participate in these programs to complete upgrades throughout their schools. Fitness centers can be included in this. It takes backing by your school board as well as district administration and then must be voted on by the tax payers. Our district opened a brand new state of the art fitness center through this program. How it works is that it is basically a grant through the government where the governement takes much of the burdan from the taxpayers (up to 80% in some districts).
