When I was in high school, badminton was a big part of our curriculum and everyone really enjoyed it. Although I enjoyed it myself, I am not sure that it should really be used in physical education. Please let me know how you feel.

Badminton and it's cousin Speedminton are terrific activities. They are life long, active lifestyle activities that we need so badly in our curriculums. They are highly social in nature. They teach balance, movement and improve agility, all of which improve brain function.

My kids loved the game and I believe that it should be an integral part of any curriculum.
