In high school we would do circuit training once or twice a week. While half of the class was running the other half was at different stations doing sit-ups, push-ups, jump rope, etc. We also had music playing and everytime the music stopped we switched to the next station. Although some students didn't like circuit training because they didn't like running or working out, it was good for all of the students who liked to work out. It keeps everyone constantly moving instead of just standing around like some people tended to do when we would play games like kickball or soccer.
