In a one of my classes i have a handful of kids that are disruptive and cant seem to do what they are asked. I feel bad because there are kids in the calss that work hard and do what they are asked. However because of the other students (who are disruptive,) I feel they arent getting what they deserve. What ideas if any would you have to either reward or try to seperate the good kids?

You could start by warning the disruptive students that they will loose a points every time you have to stop the class and address them. This stops the class but then every student is aware of the penalty for being disruptive. It may also put some peer pressure on the disruptive students to be on task so the others can enjoy the class time.
