It's time that outdoor and fitness education need to be taught together. Once people leave the school setting their involvement in physical activity is limited, but why can't we educate the value of outdoor activities as great physical fitness activities. Most people participate in outdoor activities because they are fun and exciting but do not see the fitness component to that activity. Encouraging those fitness enthusiasts to try outdoor activities could bring about a revolution in a persons physical fitness.

Great idea Nash. Not only is the outdoors accessable to everyone and free there is new research that demonstrates a connection between exercise adherance and outdoor exercise (in nature).
