When I finally get a job and they teach the traditional team sports curriculum. The my co-teachers are old school and stuck to their roots, how do I try to help change the curriculum to promote fitness?

Tell them you will teach the units on physical fitness and do the testing for it. Start a running club. Have an after school exercise class. But do not start telling the old guard how to do their jobs. Lead by example.
