The Communities in Action Network has added a new, easy-to-search Resource Bank (http://www.asthmacommunitynetwork.org/resources.aspx) to share high-quality content, resources, and sample materials from hundreds of national, state, and local asthma programs. This Resource Bank is the only online site where you will find materials from the Allies Against Asthma and Communities in Action programs. Search the Resource Bank today to find:
•Education materials on medication use, environmental triggers, self management, asthma action plans, and more for patients and care providers;
•Program design resources, including policies, protocols, and operating manuals developed by leading programs;
•Evaluation tools, including a great collection of national surveillance data and program-specific evaluation models and tools, such as patient health and quality of life questionnaires, provider knowledge assessment surveys, and more;
•Coalition development tools, including strategic plans and sample partnership agreements from successful local and statewide asthma coalitions;
•And much, much more!
