USDA and the School Nutrition Foundation present a 3-part series on managing food allergies in schools. The first part was broadcast on April 29, but is available for viewing online. Part 2 will be broadcast on May 27 and part 3 on June 3. These sessions are free and open to the public. Please share this information with anyone who may be interested.
