Think you've got the latest and greatest moves to get fit? Show them off in our empowerME Workout Video Contest to promote physical activity! Our friend Sabrina Bryan, of the Cheetah Girls and Dancing with the Stars, is asking you to create and upload your own workout video. The top five finalists will receive autographed copies of Sabrina's newest BYOU DVD. One finalist will also receive a personalized video message from Sabrina! HERE'S HOW IT WORKS 1. Record an original 3-5 minute workout or dance video starring you. 2. Include at least two of Sabrina's top tips 3. Upload your video at empowerme2b.org 4. Sabrina will help us select the top five videos 5. The contest runs until June 1, 2009, so get up, grab a camera and get moving! SABRINA'S TOP TIPS FOR STAYING HEALTHY: You've probably seen Sabrina's moves on Dancing with the Stars or when she was performing with the Cheetah Girls, but she wouldn't be able to do any of these things without maintaining a healthy lifestyle. So try these yourself: •Get physically active for at least 60 minutes each day •Drink primarily water, 1% or fat free milk, and 100% juice with no added sugars •Eat fruits and vegetables with EVERY meal •Cut back on screen time and limit it to 1-2 hours a day •Get at least 9 hours of sleep every night
