Head Start Body Start announces RFPs/Funding Opportunities of $15,000 to $30,000. Head Start Body Start (HSBS) is accepting proposals for a content expert (or team of experts) for each of four (4) special projects:
1. Literature Review I: Benefits of Play
2. Literature Review II: Culture and Play
3. On-line Resource Guide
4. Policy Guide
Members and contractors are invited to apply to develop these special projects which will be made available through the Head Start Body Start and Early Childhood Knowledge and Learning Center websites.
Important Due Dates:
• July 8, 2009: E-mail of intent to submit proposal strongly encouraged.
• July 24, 2009: All proposals are due via e-mail by 11:59 AM EDT.
Funding is available to one applicant per project. Funding for HSBS is provided by the Office of Head Start (OHS), Administration for Children and Families, US Department of Health and Human Services.
