I am currently working on a research project involving web-based and multimedia project-based learning. I am trying to answer the question "How effective are web-based and multimedia based technology tools in teaching gross motor movements and how well do they help relate the importance of these skills to life-long activity and health?" My test subjects are 3rd graders at my school.

If anyone has any experience with web-based lessons or multimedia projects in physical education I would sure like to hear about it?
