I am doing research on whether or not social media is positive or negative towards p.e. or just physical activity in general. I would like any feedback on what everyone thinks. By social media, I mean that students are on facebook, myspace, and sites such as youtube all day instead of becoming active. As a future p.e. teacher, I think it is pertinant to understand this type of problem, if it actually is a problem. Obviously social media is somewhat helpful, due to the fact that I am using it as a resource right now. Any thoughts on this subject would be extremely helpful.
