I am a senior at East Carolina University majoring in Physical Educaiton. I do not know what level I will be starting out in but I do know I will be doing my intership at the high school level. I was wondering how I could incorporate technology into my lessons. If anyone would have any suggestions I would really appreciate it!!

Courtney-

If you check the other threads in this folder, you'll get many ideas for incorporating technology into your lessons. Good luck!

Technology is dependent on the school you teach at as not every school has enough technology for everyone to use.

Here are things that I use to incorporate technology into my classes:
* Pedometers
* Power Point Presentations (for health lessons)
* Excel files to track data (can use to give mean, mode, etc.)
* Word to create task cards and worksheets
* Computer Lab (Health Lessons)
* Videos (How to videos, videos on human body, etc.)
* Music (Ipod or CD player)
* Pocket PC (Tracking data, quizzes, etc.)
* Specialized software for PE (FitnessGram, etc.)
