Non-tenure track appointment to begin August 21, 2006.

Qualifications:
Earned doctorate in Physical Education or related field preferred, ABD or Masters degree considered.

Teacher Education program has undergraduate licensure options in Physical Education and Health and Physical Education, and a Masters level licensure program, making teacher licensure and expanding area at Kent State.

Teaching responsibilities could include the following:
Fundamental Locomotor and Manipulative Skills, Development and Analysis of Gymnastics, Development and Analysis of Game Performance, Track and Field, Aquatics, Overview of Outdoor Pursuits, Supervision of Student Teachers, Contemporary Athletic Coaching, and Psychology of Coaching.
