While I am not a physical education teacher, I worked for a group home for developmentally disabled girls. I learned many things during those years ,but the one aspect that particularly resonated with me was that every person no matter with a disability or not would like to feel a part of something. Adapt your curriculum once you have observed the needs of your students. You might in turn find out that the students with disabilities are capable of performing the activities without you needing to modify or adapt the curriculum.
