I have recently had to make a lesson plan for disc golf and I had a hard time creating a modified game for my peers/students. What are some disc golf games students can play without a disc golf course or the appropriate baskets?

Well Erica, I was in a class last semester that we did a disc golf lesson. What the teachers did was set up a "course" and used flags as the goals. The students used the discs to throw and standing at different distances they had 3 chances to get their disc as close to the flag as possible. I hope that helps!!! Have a good weekend!

I use a hula hoop with a cone inside it. I have nine cones on which I've written numerals 1--9.

I play disc golf in my free time and all we do is pick different trees in the area. Simply point out a tree, fence post, flag pole etc. and have that be the hole. Another thing you can use is a stake in the ground. Put a post or stick up sticking a few feet out of the ground. All the student has to do is hit the target, it works out perfect and takes little time to set up.
