As many of us probably all know one of the major discrepancies in PE is whether or not competition should be integrated into PE class. My question is without much competition in class will it affect future athletes in high school sports?

I dont see how this would effect an athletes competitiveness outside of class. This just helps keep everyone feeling part of the game and feeling like a winner in the class. Most of the athletes I knew in high school werent very competitive in phys. ed. anyway because it made the games less fun.
