I am currently in the process of obtaining my Type 10 (K-12) teaching certificate and hope to be teaching PE by next fall. I would like to eventually go for my masters. What would be more benefitial a masters in exercise science or a masters in education (with a focus on PE)?

I think it depends on your experience with teaching and how far you would like to go with it. I don't know how much a masters degree in excercise science will help you in the teaching field although - it can be very beneficial. I think a masters in exercise science would be good if you are going to someday go for a doctorate. I could be wrong though.

I am a undergrad in Physical Education and health, plan on teaching high school only. I was wondering if a minor is special edu or anything else is recommended?

I think Megan's got the right idea - a masters can be very useful most of the time. Depends what your specific career goals are though. Maybe read some of the stuff on http://www.mastersdegree.net - hopefully that helps you out a bit!
