I am currently a Physical Education major and I was previously in an Aquatics minor. I found that the classes conflicted with my schedule and so I dropped it. I feel that I am now regretting it. My question would be is it worth it for me to still pursue this minor? Do I need to have the minor to go into coaching? Would the minor help me to get a job even if the school has no aquatic program? Also do you believe that just obtaining certifications alone would be enough? Any information would be helpful, especially from any professionals involved in aquatics. Thank you!
