Hello everyone.My name is damien and this is my first time on this forum.I am a student PE teacher in my first year.My question is what simple games or skills could one teach to students in a timeframe of 7minutes.The game could be anything or the skill a dancing step but preferably not.Could someone please send me their ideas as i would really appreaciate it.

Would you state the age group of your students? This will help responders better provide you with some ideas.

One site you might want to check out is the URL below. You will probably be most interested in the 3-5 grade link, rather than the others, but I'm showing all them here incase another reader has interest in the others.

These are 'energizers' that are cross-curricular and can be adapted to meet the needs of a particular grade. If some of the energizers seem to be too simplistic for your student age group, check out others and adapt them up to older students. Some of them like 'California Dreamin' could be adapted to much older grades.
