Can anyone explain to me why men sometimes coach women's basketball but women never coach men's basketball?

I’ve actually done a lot of research on equality in sports. It’s sad to say, but men have the opportunity to coach both men's and women's sports, while women are almost totally absent from men's sports. For example, less than 2% of all coaches of men’s teams are women. This means that men have double the opportunity to be hired as a coach compared to women, which limits the number of positions available for women. With this stated, sex discrimination is still in existence today, even after the enactment of Title IX. In my opinion, men and women should all be equally recognized and have the same support and chance to coach a sport that he or she enjoys.
