When talking about sport psychology, do you think it is important to lead your athletes through mental training activities throughout the season? I think it's a great idea because you are doing something different and the team could really benefit from the activities. When an athlete isn't mentally in the game, everything seems to go wrong. With that stated, I will definitely incorporate mental training activities into my practices as a coach.
