Freed-Hardeman University in Henderson, TN will be hosting a workshop with Jean Blaydes Madigan on Friday, July 15th. The all-day workshop will be held in the FHU Sports Center, beginning at 9:00 AM. There will be a break for lunch (on your own), with the workshop ending at approximately 4:00 PM. The workshop is free through the generosity of FHU professor Dr. Mary Ann Guinn.
Henderson is located in West Tennessee at the intersection of Highways 100 and 45, approximately 90 miles east of Memphis, 150 miles west of Nashville, 40 miles above Corinth, MS and 20 miles south of Jackson, TN and Interstate 40.
Several counties are allowing their teachers to get in-service credit for the workshop. As most of you know, Jean has a national reputation and is great demand around the United States as a presenter at local, state, regional and national meetings. Her workshops are NOT just for physical educators. Classroom teachers, especially those in the early grades, are also invited to attend.
