Kids don't realize how much exercise they are getting when they go sled riding. It is a lot of work trying to walk up sled riding hills. I now when I went sled riding I would always break a sweat. I would like to take one day and plan a sled riding trip for the students that I will be teaching when I get my job. They would be having so much fun that they wouldn't even realize that they are exercising. The next day I would explain to them that they can have fun exercising and that exercise doesn't have to be the boring and hard workouts that people always picture them as.
