How do you keep soccer players motivated during practice? |

Well on my highschool soccer team the players who performed well in practice normally got to start in the games. So the motivation for playing time is what pushed the players on my team to stay focused in practice. |

When I coached Jr High and had plenty of players to "challenge" each other, I could use playing time to motivate them. Since I have moved up to the high school level and am at a small school with very few players...sometimes barely enough to field a team, I am challenged constantly to find ways to motivate an intense practice. |
