I have recently been able to see some different conducts due to a high school team not wearing the proper uniform accessories (wristband, etc.). I think most people will do whatever they want and not even think about getting a conduct. As a coach, should I discipline them and make it known that if you cause harm to the team because of what you did then you will be disciplined after? |
