What's the best way to start to incorporate adventure ed into a physical education curriculum?

Adventure Ed is a great unit to cover in curriculum. It offers so many spins off of physical education. It adds more components that seem to be overlooked. Social skills and trust are just a few to mention. It relates to a health education class, it is material that can be demonstrated throughout life, not just a couple times a week (or the minimal time) students have in physical education. Life skills are something to incorporate from the get go and building from there is only going to benefit students. I love the idea!
