what grae level are you looking for? Dynamic Flexibility is great, however, it is even better and more fun, if you can also incorporate some instant activity games. Games that focus on movement education and fitness that not only get the students warmed up, but also excited about class.

I think tag is a great warm up activity for PE class. It is fun for all grades. Since no one wants to be tagged it definitely gets the students moving and their heart rates up.

My favorite warm-up game is chain tag. This is a game of tag that when a person is tagged by the person who is, "it", that person must hold hands with the tagger. The two students must then work together to tag other students and if they get tagged they must link onto the chain as well. The long chain works together to tag the rest of the class until there is no one left.
