I have had numerous experiences where schools ban sleeveless shirts from schools, but sometimes allow them in PE class. What are some of the issues that cause teahcers to ban sleeveless whirts in PE, I have no problem with it personally.

I think sleeveless shirts in PE class should not be allowed. For one, some sleeveless shirts are pretty revealing and would not be appropriate for class especially for girls. And some of the students who wear them are intending to intimidate other students and I don't think they should be allowed in schools.
