I was wondering when playing foobtall in pe what methods experienced teachers use to keep everyone moving and still make the game fun and organized. In my high school we would play 15 on 15 which was a joke.

Sean, you might look at the USFootyKids program. It's based on a football game, but involves all of the kids as there is no quarterback, and the kids are encouraged to kick and pass the football. We've found the kids have been really disappointed after a two week program to move onto another activity.

Sean you could also play altimate Football. We always played altimate football in gym class the girls always wanted to play it too instead just playing normal football. We split the class in half and made two teams. The object to the game was score just like football. But during the game you could throw the football backwards forwards any way you want to throw it to your teammate. But if your teammate didn't catch it, the other team got the ball right where the ball was dropped at.We didnt know it but we were doing more running then we would do if we were playing normal football and no one knew it until the teacher said something. I hope this game would help you out.

I use an activity like ultimate football with my students and they love it. they are still working on teh many skills of football and incorperating fitness. Students will run all day but the min. you tell them they are running or put them on a treadmill they hate it. This is a great way to keep everyone involved and active.

It depends on the players' experience and tenacity. You can play more, if you exercise more.

I think you could probably get a couple game going on at once. Have 4 teams of seven and anyone who is not playing could be a referee. That way everyone is involved
