Are physical education classes and health classes incorporating the topic of childhood obesity into their curriculum?

Honestly? No way. Who has time? Well, I try to introduce the topic and give the kids info about proper diet and such, but I only have my Pre-k - 5 graders once a week for 40 minutes. My sixth graders come out twice a week for 40 minute sessions.

This is the root cause for childhood obesity. Not the only reason I am sure of that, but it sure doesn't help.
