I am doing a volunteer gig for the Police department at Union Park on March 14th. They are promoting fitness for the youth and needed somebody to do the fitness. I graciously volunteered, but then found out that they have absolutely NO equipment.
I am going to run it in 20 minute sections aged 3-6 6-10 and 10+. Can anybody give me some game ideas besides tag games that I could use for those age groups without equipment?

The amount of tag games out there is crazy! The best advice I can give is to check pecentral.com. They have numerous things on tag games. Also since you have them split into three sections based on age pecentral can provide a little more information on age appropriate tag games.
