If your were introducing volleyball to 3rd graders, what would be the most appropriate thing to do? should i lower the nets to shoulder height, allow ball to be hit fout times instead of three, allow ball to bounce, or play with balloons?

I let my third graders work with beach balls or volleyball trainer balls. My first and second grade classes work with balloons. Lowering the nets would be a big help
