How can I (a preservice teacher) incorporate my own physical education in health or self esteem into the curriculum of an elementary classroom without stepping on the feet of my future physical education teacher? Or how can I bring this up to be covered?

I don't think you need to specifically teach that. You could just incorporate it into everyday activities.
