I am looking for ideas or suggestions for how to compose a fitness portfolio for my students. First, we do not have the funds to purchase computer programs or books etc. so if anybody has any solutions, please let me know. Any examples would be greatly appreciated!

How about some graphing paper and a pencil? Make the students track their own data. You can also make a graph for your students in Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Word.

A sophisticated version would be to use google documents to create an online form that would allow the students to submit their fitness data. Then google would assimilate the data into one section for you. Here is a link to a google document used in a football unit. You could easily create a document for your fitness.
