What are some games/activities you play with large P.E. classes, that require little equipment?

Capture the flag (steal the bacon) in
cooler weather. Kids love it if you teach
them correctly. I use wrist bands to identify
teams and even flags (Flag football) to prove a
tag. Soccer is good with the space. Relays are
great if you have them appropriate for the level.
