how do you deal with a school office that is not friendly or helpful?

I am still in college but what i would guess is maybe ask another teacher that has been there for a while and see what they do when they need help. Also, custodians know a lot about the school and might be able to point you in the right direction. It depends what you need... sorry wish i could be more help.
