Hello:
I had received an email from Paula Summitt asking me to post information here about Project ACES. I hope that many of you will be able to join in on the fun. Thank you.

Wednesday, May 2, 2007, will mark the 19th anniversary of Project ACES (All Children Exercise Simultaneously). ACES is a great way to help celebrate National Physical Education and Sports week. Millions of children from all over the world will exercise simultaneously to promote physical education and children’s fitness. The state of Michigan alone had approximately 400,000 children participate last year. For more information, please visit the ACES web site at http://www.projectaces.com ACES is brought to you by the Youth Fitness Coalition and Sportime.

In celebration of the 20th anniversary of ACES in 2008, a new program will be launched called PACES Day (Parents And Children Exercise Simultaneously). PACES will motivate families to exercise together over the weekends. Families can now sign up at http://www.pacesday.com Visit the web site for more information and download free fitness activities.
