I am looking for anyone to agree with my ideas of keeping weight loss off after losing it. Cutting back on eating after 7, watching carbs, and exercising are all my ways of thinking to keep it off. Does anyone have any different ideas or theories?! Thanks!

I agree that keeping the weight off after losing it is extremely important because if not, people tend to "yoyo" diet and are never able to maintain their desired weight. In addition to your suggestion, I feel it is beneficial to encourage people to eat the majority of their carbohydrates in the morning or early afternoon so that they have time to burn them up throughout the day. I would also suggest drinking a lot of water during the day because it makes you feel fuller and may help avoid unhealthy snacking.
