Does anyone know ways that I could introduce an Aerobics unit to physical education class?

One way to introduce Aerobics into physical education class would be to introduce basic step aerobics as an activity, perhaps even as a warm-up activity to begin class. Another idea would be to make it into a station that students could rotate to.
