Everyone knows how breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Schools need to not serve greasy bacon and sausage or foods with refined carbohydrates like sugary cereals. They need to be offering foods such as yogurt, oatmeal, whole grain cereals, and fresh fruit. The list could go on and on! I believe in omitting the bad foods all together! It is a proven fact that if a student eats healthier breakfast foods, then their attention span in their classes will be longer and they will be more focused.
