Creatine use

There has been more and more kids who are starting to take creatine at earlier ages. The problem with creatine is that if not enough water is taken into the body, then it can cause liver problems. One of my friends had this happen. I believe that creatine should not allowed to be taken under the age of 18. Kids are not responsible enough to use this supplement correctly and are only ending up harming themselves in the long run.

I think the problem is not being educated on creatine. In my PE/health class we cover topics like ergogenic aids. I find there is a lot of misinformation the kids have due to friends and advertising.
